Do I have to use my mobile device to let clients scan it?
Only if you want to. We created a Sign-In sheet generator that lets you create printable custom sheets with the QR-Code on it, so you don't have to let your device unattended.
If I'm the hosting agent for another listing, can the Listing agent see my client data?
No. The hosting Agent is the sole owner of the client data like name and email address. The listing agent can see meta data, i.e. when a check-in happened as well as the survey responses.
How do I get feedback from my leads?
We have a build in fully customizable Survey module. The survey will be either sent vial email or can be displayed on their mobile device right away.
How many QR-Codes can I use?
As many as you need and then some.
How do I get my Client Data?
Once your Open House is over, all the data will be ready to view or download or you can generate Reports to send to your sellers, team leads or brokers. Just login to the app and select the Open House in question.
Can I assign a different Open House to each of my Team Members?
Yes. You can assign a different property, or the same property but for different days. You can even choose an agent thats not on your team or even in your brokerage.
How many Sign-In sheets can I use?
Once you subscribed, there is no limit on how many Open Houses, Sign-In Sheets or QR-Codes you can use.
How many Users per Team are supported?
We did not set a limit on how many users your team can have.
